David M J Graves, MA, CRA, FInstLM

Following a long distinguished military career of 24 years, Dave embarked upon his Police Service where he specialised in Corruption, fraud and all fraud related offences. Now a retired Fraud Squad Detective, Dave has extensive experience in the areas of:

During his time within the Police service Dave was the Manager of the National Police Fraud Management Course accredited by Teesside University Business School. Since leaving the Police Service he has continued to teach law subjects at Warwick University Law School and a wide range of Managerial Skills at Coventry City University Management School.

Since setting up his own company dg Anti-Fraud Consultants Ltd Dave has been commissioned to assist the Polish Government’s fight against organised crime. He has presented training and delivered papers on Money Laundering, Organised Crime Issues, Corruption, VAT Fraud and has run delegate inter-active workshops to the Polish Police, Customs Officers, Border Guards and Prosecution officials at several venues in Poland. This programme has gained European recognition and continues to be in demand for 2007.

Dave holds a Masters of Art Degree in Fraud Management and is a Fellow founder member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.

Georgina Graves

Georgie has held a full career within the Medical/Nursing Profession. Her first achievements were within Ward Management and Nurse Training. A further 2 years were spent running a Medical Research Programme for the Local Health Authority and several local Doctors’ Practices within the area. Her findings were then collated and delivered as an instrument to be used in the prevention of Stroke, specifically in the elderly.

Having attended full time advanced education for 2 years Georgie attained her Higher National Diploma in Business and Administration and made a career change into the Management of Nursing and Residential Homes within the private sector. Here she held sole responsibility for the care of her patients, training of her staff, administration of the Homes and overseeing and projecting the budgeting.

The continuing nature of Georgie’s work insists that she upholds complete discretion and confidentiality and is subject to police vetting and disclosure law.
